Hi Everyone I'm not sure when this happened (it could have happened months ago) but my entire store seems to have been removed from Froogle i.e. none of my products are now being found when I search for them. Also, I can't seem to login to my account any more and view "all products" this way either. Might it have something to do with Froogle changing to Base? Have they changed the bulk upload process so that old product feeds have been removed? I'd appreciate any thoughts on the subject as to what might have happened. best regards Graeme
Yes you need to use Base to upload your products now. Also, you need to update your data feed at least once every 30 days or your product listings will be dropped.
As noted Froogle seems to have been replaced by Base and you should look to use that for your ecomm store.
It isn't Froogle anymore - they keep changing the name - it's now the 'Shopping' link at the top of the serch page. It's a shopping comparison service. Retailers can upload their products, shoppers can browse for who has what they want at the price they want.
