I can pay $50 for a design that follows these insctructions: - The code/design should be built xhtml transitional (no tables) and with css. - The code should be semantic and that even if the style sheet (CSS ) is turned off. - The code should validate. I would also need the psd of the design.

I rather hire a skilled and friendly designer from India and help him provide for his whole family than pay you so that you can buy your new big screen TV.
