I own the domain name JudeAustin.com That's me. lol Anyway, I want to make a personal, yet profitable site. So I am kind of asking for ideas, what should I do with this domain, what kind of site should I make? Any help would be awesome, all ideas welcome. Thank you.
being a name your main options are a blog.... not exactly something you can put a tube or something on
blog is the web2.0 version of personal websites, incase you develop a personal blog, may be not many people would be interested in the information there. So better idea is to explore something more significant like the field you are expert in, the places you usually want or have visited, the culture you belong to, the values you believe in etc.
expose your quailty,just make it as a promotion for your service,do you earn money ??? how you earn write sth about it people would be interested in your blog.
Use your website to give good information about the things you are interested in Offer free ebook report newsletter etc., collect news about your interests from different sources and offer it in your website Ideas are only limited by your imagination.
It's funny, I actually just bought my name as a domain two days ago. I plan on maybe some type of blog or something. Nothing to really pull any income off though, just something where people can go to get away from that stuff
I have a personal domain too. My idea always was to build a pyramid style empire of websites. My personal site at the very top, my 2 other main sites right beneath it and so on and so forth. I somewhat lost interest in that concept though, realizing that I did not want to mix my personal life with business. In other words... I want to be known as me, and not my business.
I just want to make an interesting site. I know where I am going with it now, I think. Thanks for all your ideas, and input.
