well in a sense of selling space and bandwidth for a reasonable or managable price, he is beating most hosts offering unlimited packages, and seems reliable (based on offering prices only).
I can almost guarantee, just based on looking at the prices, there is almost no security on those servers, no dedicated management that is available 24x7, and he is a reseller for another company. I am almost positive that he does not own those servers either. When you go into business, you usually do it to make a profit. When you sell for next to nothing, your costs generally out weigh your gains. I see nothing that can be gained here by offering hosting for $3.95 per month.
well there is international/offshore and US or maybe UK hostings. you have to think seperate. For offshore, his price is nothing and may seem overselling I agree. However for US/UK, as I said based on pricing alone (not including if he is reseller or not), reasonable. Plus all most hosting Godaddy, Knownhost, Hostgator, etc... offer $3.99 plan, all have security managed plans included. Security as in hosting legal and privacy protected, not as in being investigated for some suspecious activities.
I dont think I saw anything in his post about offshore. Thats the kind of service that we provide. I believe, at those prices, that all he is offering is shared hosting. Based on the price, it would have to be in the US because you wont find those prices in Europe.
yes he did state about shared hosting and I believe its in US as well. Thats why I am saying, being around $3 with that space and BW, doesnt mean (although still probable*) that his service will not have managed/security. We are on same track from int/demoestic view points.
Thats good to know that we are on the same track here. I am so tired of people expecting to pay a dollar or two per month for professional dedicated hosting. It gets very annoying. Especially those that ask for loads of bandwidth and all the hard drive space they can eat up. They all expect it for nothing because its the only thing Americans know.

I know there are data centers there, but none of them are register in your name or cpwebhosting. So since I cant find any information on the data center you own, please provide some proof that you own the data center in question.

Based on this, I can safely say that you are no more than a reseller of some one else's server. The data center you claimed to own in your previous post is just a figment of your imagination. All we ask of you in this forum is for your honesty. It does not do you any service to lie and have some one catch you in that lie. Your sentence fragmentations and the use of capital letters half way through a sentence shows me that you dont even have control of the english language.
