What does the "Sitewide" mean?

    I hear about this in some case in link exchange but don't understand what does that word stand for?

    As the term itself explains, it means links is resided site wide meaning links are located on every pages within site.

    if I offer sitewide, it not good for me more than offer linkpage or homepage only?

    sitewide is best because you have the possibility of cashing in the traffic from every page.

    Edit: let me expand on that

    if I post your site's link to the content in my website's homepage, www. epic-warcraft.com, then it's a homepage link
    if I post it in the box on the left, where the guides are, then it's a sitewide link, because it will appear on every page of my website

    So obviously, having your link appear on every page of my website is better than appearing only on my homepage.
