Remember the attack Ad he made a big deal about he decided not to run?

    http://www.newsweek.com/id/83514

Can he do anything other than be dishonest and flip flop?

For pro Huck people I did not create this to bash him, I just honestly do not see how people could support someone who distorts facts and flip flops so damn much. I'm really spell bound to say the least.

The video was a great way to illustrate Romney's dishonesty. Huckabee is not dishonest, like Ron Paul is. While I didn't create this reply to bash Ron Paul, I just honestly do not see how people could support someone who has more than obvious ties to racism and has made so many racist remarks. I'm really spell bound to say the least.

So saying he would not run an ad, having a press conference to say as much, then running the ad is not 'dishonest'

    Yeah ok Gtech

---Bringing up a no brain dishonest flip flop is not bashing BTW.

I'm sure something will come out that it was a 'cough' error to run the ad, and he had nothing to do with it in order to wash his hands of course..

Grim - I agree. It's clear Huckabee is not a straight shooter and considering that he appears to be running on nothing but his "charm" and his religion, being a liar seems like a nail in his campaign's coffin.

After more reading, yep they did it in such a way to make it look like it was a mistake. Pulling it at holiday time, knowing full well it would not get pulled in time. Perfect timing

Sure Huck fans will take the explanation as correct, how about this though?

    http://www.action3news.com/Global/story.asp?S=7568770

Is there a new definition of dishonest?

my question is this: Had Huck not shown the video to the press, would they have called him a liar and said that he didn't have one?

    What hasn't Huckabee lied about?

His attack ads? His immigration policy? His theology degree? Releasing rapists in Arkansas against the protests of the victims? His 14 ethics violations as Governor? Trying to steal the furniture from the Governor's mansion when he left office? Destroying all of the office's hard drives to cover his tracks?

    His tax record?

The fact that this long time hunter can't even find the safety on a rifle when playing Mr. 2nd Amendment for the cameras?

What about his gift registry? Immigration flip flops?

Isn't this the guy who didn't know that Canada doesn't have a National Igloo?

Besides being a Christian, and running on someone else's tax plan, what is there to this guy?

how has he lied, he admitted he had it.
    is changing your opinion lying?
he has an undergraduate degree in theology from a private religious affiliated school...once again, where is the lie?

The problem with this and your attack is that you base it solely on what you think...try reading some of his stuff....oh wait, if its not RP endorsed, you don't read it, right? I hope you are looking forward to that loss tonite.

Uh oh, the alex jones "thinkers" are swarming! I was watching grime hide as a "guest" in anticipation for my response! So predictable!

Umm, umm umm, that early reporting is looking really good!

Ron Paul has no experience. His solution is to dismantle everything. He has no experience in leading, in budgeting, in working with others (in fact, he's demonstrated he cannot work with others), in passing meaningful legislation. Ron Paul is a zilch, nothing, zero. For someone who has supposedly been in politics for thirty years, he's accomplished less than most first year politicians. Nothing!

    Whoooo!

So no answer, just rip on the reporting. No named blogs are so much better sources.

Really? You obviously don't look at times stamps before getting owned, do you? At least make it challenging, grim? Come on, I still have you on ignore because of the narcissism problem, but I'm at least giving you an opportunity here. Do something with it, for a change!

You are correct, I do not answer to your dishonesty. Been in any "popularity" contests recently? :D

10 minute difference Gtech. I have a notebook, of which the battery is at less than 10% Because of my dog I just recently got I do not leave it plugged in, therefore I continue to put it up and charge it, then sit down for a few minutes and respond to your crap. I have not logged out Gtech, I have not 'waited' as a guest. I guess you have admin powers to see IP's now hey?

Speaking of 'narcissism problems' you have shown yet again that is you. You know someone is a guest when you don't have the power to know that, only by the power of your own unintelligent self.
It's dishonest for a news agency to state the Huck campaign sent them a tape? Really now.

Nope I'm not apart of Hucks crowd ;) I do not do the popular thing, remember I was against the war when your gang tried to rule these forums via 'popularity'

Gtech give me a break, you are simply a joke.

    prove it, please.

    From his record:

They are a private religion funded school...Their degree in religion is a degree in theology, which allowed him to be ordained in the baptist church.

Wade, D16, I agree with Grim on this one. If I am to buy the news report, holding a news conference to announce you won't be showing the following attack ad - which I will be showing you in a minute or two - to a room full of newshounds sounds just a bit slimy to me. Then for it to be leaked, well...

The statement that he would have been called a liar if he didn't show it doesn't hold water to me. Can you imagine if it was discovered that he had an attack ad, that he didn't air? What kind of positive PR this would immediately reap him? "My campaign planners devised the ad. I put a kill order on it, as this isn't what I believe the campaign is, or should be about. With respect to Mr. Romney and his candidacy, let's debate on the issues."

I think this would win him the nomination alone. The same if he had it, but held the conference to say he wouldn't show it for the same reasons. I just don't buy the "if he didn't show it, he would be accused of lying" line.

Note: Huckabee just took Iowa. Congratulations, Wade.

I always respect your opinion. I disagree. Romney has pounded on Huckabee with a number of outright dishonest ads. These have been proven dishonest and inaccurate by a number of media outlets. It's hypocritical of him to to bring up the possibility of Huckabee going negative, after Romney has been doing so (and now apparently to his disadvantage).

Moreover, grim has a clear bias against my candidate. He holds my candidate to a higher standard than he holds himself. If someone (other than Guerilla) confronted grim here, he would stand up for himself. Any candidate should stand up after being negatively attacked with false information.

The ad was made, Huckabee decided at the last minute not to run it because he holds himself to a higher standard. To avoid criticism from the press, simply proved he had created it. Not withstanding, it's an accurate ad as well.

In short, no matter which route he went, he would be damned. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Obviously it had no impact, and was proven the right thing to do. Likewise, his candidate, Ron Paul, is so weak, he hired "hit men" from Arkansas to go in and do his dirty work for him in Iowa.

I find it flattering that I support a candidate that people like grim hold to a higher standard than they hold their own candidates. Tells me I made the right choice ;)
