I really wish Digitalpoint would stop people from advertising illegal sites.

 

There is no law in place that says a website can not link to another website. Google links to websites with movies on, so are they therefore classed as an illegal site?

 

great site, just to let u know , on the left, please remove sponsors word, cause its against google tos to use "sonsors" for ads. otherwise the site is very cool i wished i had the dough to buy it

Someone contacted me via IM offering 5 months, as stated in this thread on the 23rd December. But as I've said today, they haven't been able to complete the sale due to insufficient funds.

It's fine if you can't bid that high, but a $50 bid via PM is nowhere near what I'm looking for. The design and coding itself cost me $600, and then there's the license on top of that.

You're obviously already aware that there are such links from your site. You should remove them and all material that encourages copyright infringement. Look up aiding and abetting.

 

Yet I reported several links to a certain movie on youtube and they didn't take it down. Hmm.

There are countless number of threads on DigitalPoint regarding streaming websites, from sale threads to new scripts. Regardless of what people think - they will continue however risky they are. That's why I'm after 5 months revenue, not 12. Thanks for your input.

 

As someone who has successfully used the DMCA for a takedown I can tell you the DMCA does indeed work. I'll leave you now. Interesting talking but please consider staying away from the warez sites.
