    If you check the solicitations and announcements section here at DP, in just 2 posts alone there are 2 bunches of free listings directories.

    Then check directorycritic.com

    Or are you asking for paid directories to let you in for free? :)

    You can submit to free web directories such as www.linkmuncher.com but I would suggest that you set aside a budget for paid directories in the future as the benefit from paid directories are much more.

    I would suggest that you visit all the free directories on directorycritic's list or www.directoryrate.com
    Do read their submission guidelines...If you feel that your submission goes well along the submission guidelines of free directories, then submit it to them. Point is that it's the job of directory owner to edit or remove the listing. If it's okay to them, then they will of course approve them.

    This query of yours would have been more valuable if you were looking for paid directories....for free directories.go ahead and submit your site
