How to improve targetted traffic

My site http://www.mushly.com has dismaying traffic.

Any advice on improving targetted traffic? Currently it is at PR 3. It has been around for about half a year.

The effective way to improved traffic is through forums, blogging and social media site like social bookmarking, social communities and social news site . You may select site with high traffic and related site before promoting it.

 

I've been thinking about the same things. My niche is fairly specialised and there aren't any related blogs that are still active, so my only option at this point is to find related forums and be helpfull so people will want to visit my site.

 

I can give you a list of good websites that you can advertise on/request links.
