    Hi All,

    1. If I'm a CJ affiliate, can I click on my own HostGator link to get the commission?

    2. What's better if you have several domains?
    a. One hosting package with multiple domains?
    b. A reseller package with each domain in its own "neighborhood"?

    Thanks!

    1. No its categorically forbidden to click your own HostGator referral link

    2. Personally I use Baby Package (addon domain names) as it is cheaper than reseller package and have almost the same function (not in neighborhood though)

    Thanks

If you want to link your sites and pass some PR around, you may be better of having differnt class C IPs for each. Unfortunately add-on domains have same IP and most likely reseller package also comes with one IP. Ix works better for add-on domains, as they give diffenent IP(some of them diff. class C also) for add-ons.

I use hostgator reseller package because I operate many websites and I also sell many websites, so it is convenient for me to have seperate cpanel accounts for each website. It keeps each site totally seperate. And, if I sell a site, I can just give them the cpanel login info and be done with it.

If someone else has a better (cheaper) solution, I'd be glad to hear it!
