Does mrketing on craigslist work

Craigslist is an awesome place to advertise... There are some little tricks that you can do to increase your conversion.

1.) Don't advertise in major cities. There are tons of people with nothing better to do than to flag your ad.
2.) keep your ad posted to the correct directory.
3.) Don't make crazy outlandish claims.

I get about 3k visitors per day to my site from craigslist. The problem - they don't convert my CTR is .50%!!!!!!! :/

 

Wow, that's a lot to actually leave the craigslist site! But they probably expect you still to be sellling a couch.
