To stumble or not stumble ?

Is http://www.stumbleupon.com really worthwhile (for marketing/traffic/SEO and $$$ purpose) ?

Is it some geek kind of thing ?

 

Can we stumble every page of a site?

 

But the matter of this thread is to discuss about whether it is of use or not indeed!

If it is useless even if it is just a click I guess we have no time to lose

So which kind of traffic does it brings in?

 

StumbleUpon provides a lot of traffic. However, don't expect to sell any product with it... they tend to ignore ads as well.

When I get SU traffic spikes, my advertising income does not spike with it. In fact, some of my worst performing days for my ads were when SU traffic spiked.

 

SU is nice traffic, but unless you have some CPM ads that are counting most SU visits as impressions, not great for ads...

 

Most of my stumbleupon spent less that 3 seconds on my page. It's probably more use for sites that are funyn and humerous, or at least well designed and engaging so that users will stay beyond those first 3 seconds.

 

StumbleUpon is very helpful to increase traffic on website.

 

The link it creates helps with the search engines almost certainly.
