Directory technology & scripts

    Hey all!

    I have been hoping to start a directory similar to this:
    http://www.eweb.com.au/

    I'm not sure of my options, it needs to be very SEO friendly (i.e. properly formatted URLS).

    This also seems some categories are automated?

    Is there any software/script that could achive something like this?

    I'm not to fussed about users being able to add their on site, as i have MANY sites that will pay me for this directory service.
