Ok, so I am both a writer and a programmer. I already have a site to sell my writing services (godofwriting.com) and I'm doing pretty well but now I'm like having second thoughts. Let's suppose for a moment that I'm omnipotent at both (so as to set technicalities aside.) Now answer my question: As a freelancer, which is more lucrative for me? Writing or programming? Writing includes anything from sales copy to keyword and features articles to business letters. Programming includes web development, server side scripting etc... So, which one do you think pays off the most?
It depends on your ability.I know programming,so I will always like to find a way to earn by programming. But if I would also know writing then it can bring me more money.I think you can continue both of them.It is a good strength to know both of them very well
I can probably do both but one will obviously have to be more dominant than the other as far as my income goes. And I can't really decide on which one is more profitable...
Stick with your rapping career. J/k, lol. Got a Soundclick or something? (Sorry for getting off-topic, but I'm interested)
I'm not allowed to post my songs before the official album release. Rap is my passion but I need a profession to fill the $20k album budget (self-produced) I'm trying to get Royce Da 5'9 on the album... let's just hope it works out And so, any more opinions on which (programming or writing) is more lucrative?
