First of all a very happy new year to all of you :)

I have created a Web Based Application which automates the Social Bookmarking to 40 Popular SBs.

The similar applications like bookmarkingdemon.com and rss-bookmarker.com are popular, but they are priced heavily.

I am thinking to sell the script at much lower price so as to reach more webmasters who couldn't afford buying@~200$

The advantages that my script has are:

    - Supports more SBs than other similar applications
    - Free Upgrades to newer versions

Please suggest me the price at which this script should sell.

Is your script similar to Auto Social Poster?

If yes, I suggest you sell your script with a lower price ;)

Yes it is similar to that one. AutoSocialPoster sells@197$. How much should I go for?

Bookmarkingdemon.com sells for 97$ (it supports 20 sites). I think $97 is still a bit too high and I might lose potential customers.

    @sahilcoolsmart: How about $67?

The price be a little too low but the potential of getting more customers are higher and this means more profits :)

Yeah 67$ looks reasonable and reachable. Any suggestions on how should I market the product?

Hmm..here's what I can think of:
    - Get into Adwords and use the competiton's name as the keyword
    - Do a Join Venture with a reputable Internet Marketer (this is how Auto Social Poster succeeded) = http://warriorforum.com/ is a good place to find a JV deal.
    - Make an affiliate program.

    Good suggestions Lethal7. :)

    I'll start with BST.

Affiliate and Joint venture are in my to do list. Adwords is something I didn't think about, looks like a very good idea however. Thanks for that warriorfo.. link, I didn't know about it. :)
