Rock Band is a must get for anyone! ANYONE.

Hello all, I just got Rock Band for my Xbox 360 and decided to ask my parents if they wanted to play. Mind you, the last time they have probably played a video game was pacman in an arcade somewhere, :-P

My mom was on vocals, dad was on the guitar, I was on the drums. We had fun for hours on new years eve laughing and playing some really great songs. So if you have a PS3 or an Xbox 360 I recommend Rock Band to anyone, no matter if they play games or not. You can make it very easy for new people or extremely hard for a challenge.

Just my little positive rant about a good time I had.

Again, a must get.

EDIT: I just now bought Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock for myself. Can't wait to get it.

 

Yeh i wanna get guitar hero 3, Dont own xbox or ps3 so cant get rock band.

Unfortunately, we all sucked on the mic. But I was holding my own on the drums/geeetar.

 

I played it for the first time at my friends house and had a ton of phone. Two people on guitars, one on vocals, one on drums. I haven't had that much fun in a long time. The price tag is steep, though.

Ya, for 1 to 2 people. Rock Band is great for everyone getting involved doing different things.

 

Really not my kind of game. Id rather play in real life.

Well, Guitar Hero III totally rocks... i tried it & its awesome !!!

 

i played GHIII on Christmas Night, I got boo'd off the stage twice \ but the more i think about it, the more i want to try it again.

i saw a couple of guys playing rock band at best buy, the drumming was kind of annoying. just some guy beating some plastic with drumsticks. but if you like it, that's what counts.
