Hard to tell without any URL. What do you mean by conversions ? Visitors to ad clicks or ad clicks to sales ?
You can get good conversion if you have high paying keywords, has quality traffic and good numbers of ad click.

Yeah, too expensive. Your competition surely has a lot lower prices. While your design is good, your site is too boring. You have to know that many users don't even read what is written in small characters, therefor you need some BIG and bold words which can be interesting to your potential customer. You also need some very professional graphics for sign up button, maybe a money back guarantee graphic, etc. Professional marketing graphics is what you need.
The text doesn't flow well - that first block - "Why hire ResumeApple" comes across as a bit 'keyword-stuffed' - how many times is the word 'resume' repeated?

Yes, you could increase the conversions with changing your design. I have written above, how you may do this. And yes, you can lower your prices. Don't you think its better working for a lower price and get more conversion, than have a high price, low conversions and almost zero work? P.S.
