Hello. Could you please review my computer and web development forum: www.computalk.net It runs vBulletin and has almost 5000 posts. Thanks Calum
Great domain, your theme is very light and airy. I would suggest moving your Announcements and such to the top, so members can take a look very easy.
Thanks for the suggestion. In fact it used to be at the top, but someone suggested that I moved it to the bottom so that the main content was actually nearer to the top, and the regular members that looked at the announcements could scroll down.
SE urls for forums make very little different, I have thousands of indexed pages already so it would mess them all up by changing URLs but thanks for the suggestion. What session id problems? Everything seems fine for me.
It opened around 4-5 months ago and I have been spending a lot of time advertising it. Whats wrong with the URL? it works for me.
What about it? There are no session problems that I or any other members have experienced, it is the latest version of vBulletin. What is wrong with that URL?
when i enter the forum first time, redirected me to index.php ? s = 4e3ee90612e9f0c1483b362dcead2b8e, search engine spiders hate session id.
It doesn't do that for me. Anyway SE's don't mind much about that, I am nearly at the first page for web development forum in Google and search engines have no trouble crawling the forum. What you are trying to say is the most popular paid forum script is crap for SEO?
Ok, I will keep that in mind. If you start posting then you may get recommended to be a mod by other members. They seem to like recommending me mods They basically say it is badly optimized, yet this doesn't show through in my SERPs.
Looks good. Why dont you add some side pages ...that will have some tutorial etc...You page is very busy...lokks good.
