    It seems like it is a custom made script, doesn't look much of any script I've seen, but as zorah stated it may be a modified CMS like Joomla or Drupal.

    It is a custom script & It also does not look like a tweaked version of Joomla Or Drupal also :)

    Not quite sure, Drupal is a very flexible script with lots of opportunites, you'll be amazed to see how much you can customize it, would look like a custom made.

    Although, I agree, checking at paths of the site and looking at some basic Joomla/Drupal features, doesn't seem like it is, most likely custom-made.
