Please go and read up on all the domain forums about trademark theft in relation to domaining and whilst your at it, cybersquatting too.

The name is worth this much:

Microsoft coming after you with a big stick waving it in the air like a madman, ready to sue your ass, should you ever do anything in developing this name.

It's not worth anything at all, simply give it to Microsoft immediately or risk them coming after you to sue you for everything you own. Either that or drop it immediately. If within the 5 day grace period, register yourself another name if you must which is NOT someone elses trademark, company name.

There is absolutely no value in this name for you at all, just a pile of trouble.

Read the latest news items on this very issue, if you think I'm joking.

0 or negative value, Microsoft is a trademark, I would suggest you dump this domain or offer it as a courtesy to Microsoft, it is definitely more trouble than it is worth.

It does not matter whether they do or do not. A trademark is a trademark whichever way you look at it. If you register names which are either an exact copy or close copy of a trademark, with a view to making money from such, expect trouble.

They do not need to own them, because anyone who register them infringe on their trademark.

TM issues, $0. It could actually cost you money if you get sued. I'd drop it.
