You didn't get the point.. Warez is illegal.. You know what mean illegal..?? You allowed illegal download copy like movie, script & software.. Its problem if the owner take legal step for you..

you life in canada, hosting a warez forum and your site has a public whois? did you already get one of those letters?

No real beef with the site itself, but under your templates section you have multiple threads for template monster stuff. I would personally condense them into one thread. I'm sure you have multiple just so you can make it look like your forum is busy..

 

Also you spell FRIENDLY wrong in your sig.

I think I've seen it before. Though I'm not a fan of all dark colors color scheme, looks neat. Good luck!
