Does anybody have problems contacting Azoogle?

    This is really weird, since usually, I received very quick and professional answers to my emails from my AMs and this company in general.

    During the last couple of weeks, I've sent 2 emails to my AM (Amy) and received no reply.
    Then, I sent 2 emails to Azoogle's through their general contact form on their site - and again, received no reply.

    Any idea what's the problem?

    it could be because there Is less staff working over the xmas and new year time

    Tried emailing my new AM Jesse about a PPC question and he never responded...I miss my old guy Jai who always was quick to respond and wanted me to succeed.

    I find myself doing more business with CJ and NeverBlue and less with Azoogle lately.

    sometimes they can misread e-mails and forget about them or something may happen to them. But if you really need to speak to someone call them up. And plus with the holidays over with you may have more luck.

    ok yes that is a long time. yes try ring them and ask why they did not get back to your email

    only if you make a lot of money with them mind :D

    Just realized this was my fault and not Jesse's. I sent him an IM and his status said "Away". I should have just sent him an email.

    When I checked our history, he had responded to my previous emails in under 5 minutes every time I've needed him.

    Guess I should check facts before talking about someone. :(

    Just want to be fair and say that Amy, my affiliate manager,
    contacted me a couple of hours ago.

    It looks like my email messages have been flying straight into
    her spam folder, so she was unaware of any of them.

    I knew it was weird, because ever since I started working with
    her (and Azoogle Ads in general), I received nothing but kind and
    professional service.

    So here's a tip: if you send an email to your AM and you're not
    getting a reply, send an email to the general email address of
    the company and ask for their help on this.

    Maybe your message is 'stuck' in some anti spam filter and you're
    getting angry and frustrated for the wrong reasons.

    My emails weren't trapped in my junk mailbox... it seems that my AM is not very friendly towards me or they must be too busy to even reply emails. I don't have problems like this with other networks. So, even they have a lot of cool offers, I'm feeling a bit hesitant to promote them....

    My AM always replies, but I NEVER get a reply when I send an email using the contact form on their site or if I reply to an Ontap email, even if I mention that I've sent several emails with no reply. I think there's problem that causes a lot of their emails to never be read.
