Thank You all. I tried to submit a link to the directory and it went well... Please try the same from your end. These errors occur due to local connectivity problems. If the problem has any other reason - I don't understand why it is happening. As I am very new in this field.
hmm. the same error. that cause because your hosting providing is not providing access to use fopen() function of php. contact them and if not resolved, change your hosting.
I have found that -- the server problem is solved and I submitted some of my sites. Pls approve them. Also -- i hope others get their problems solved . I have submitted a featured link --and paid. Hopefully -you are not one of those QBCs to get easy money. I am supporting you just because you are from my country.
