    It is not really a word, though similar to one, I would say only the reg fees.

    The word Numismatician returns 1860 results in google. Is it worth keeping this domain for a long term?

    IMHO such domains are too common, maybe someone may have a use in it and is willing to pay, but I think it is a long shot.

    Not even worth registering IMO. Even if it is a dictionary word, nobody even knows what it is. There are less than 2k Google results. Any half decent dictionary .com are already taken long time ago. $0 to reg fee IMO.
