Why Am i not getting traffic ?

Hello All,

I have a website related to Uk Realestate and i stand on the first position in Msn Search for a popular term and though i dnt get any traffic why ? is it worth advertising on msn search ? The popular term is Sell House Quickly


Any answers Appreciated

 

Only reason is MSN is not thought to be a tool to search information. You will see home page of MSN stuffed with advertisements while, on the other hand, Google's page have search field only. People go to Google to know what they want to know, and go to MSN to know what MSN want them to know.

 

Maybe christmas , wait for some more time.

Also work on keywords like sell my house quickly, sell your house quickly. A small word can make a lot of difference.

make sure that your keyword is the one that people are searching for by using a keyword tracking tool. it's no good to be optimized and rank well for a keyword that nobody is looking for.

 

My question is do you have an effective title tag and meta tag? If you are in the first position for a keyword according to study you should be able to receive at least 50% of visitors that keyword has. The problem may well be with your meta tag, if you don't have a descriptive meta people might just bypass your site.

If you are promoting your site, then your site should get traffic.

 

if u use wordpress, you should be able to get a nice plugins that do all the job for you

 

Hey, I did not pay attention to the date this thread was posted. If I had seen it, I would not have commented on it. I commented on it as though it was a fresh thread. I just feel like that I wasted my time commenting on something that even the one who posted the thread won't even pay attention to it.

very few people are using msn for search, try to get position in google, you will get good amount of traffic for sure

GOOGLE IS THE BEST dude.....Use google , it will drive a lot of traffic to yours
