In Norway u cant get anything for that not even a hotdog, maybe a chocolate or something. movies here cost at least 20$+
You can get 2 whole chickens for £2.50? That's pretty darn cheap. Guess my local butcher is ripping me off!
I'm not posh enough to shop at Sainsburys! They don't cost that much at Morrisons. Anyway, $5 would also get you in the UK: - A daily newspaper Monday to Friday (about $1 each) - A Whopper from BK - About 5 miles by train - 7 first class postage stamps
Yep, 2 whole chickens for £2.50 and some are 2 for £1.99. tempscript, I only buy chicken wings from Sainsburys as they're pretty cheap - but never whole chicken. But yep, places like Green Street Market and Ridley Road Market in East London tend to sell meat cheaper. I find markets tend to sell cheaper than supermarkets for other things like fish, fruit, veg and eggs, plus I love the colourful hustle and bustle of a market environment. CountryBoy, I don't think your local butcher is ripping you off. Maybe it just depends on where he/she buys his/her wholesale chicken from. Sainsburys? Posh? Errrrm. .

5 bucks is 5 bears you can get drunk and don't need money anymore... So it's like $100000 of dollars here
