    All he has done since then is upload the wp files nothing else, You say your isp is down yet you are posting here on DP. I asked for a refund you said you could only refund 50%. Listen I paid promptly, either you finish the job or issue a refund!

    I have a WP blog that is affected with the UTW plug in sickness.

    I tried to upgrade the blog but didn't realize that UTW was no longer supported by the author.

    Needless to say, the blog has been depressed for many weeks.
