I'm selling the unique and custom coded sitestats (alexa, pagerank, yahoo & google links) because lack of time developing it.

The script has a great admin-backend systems which allows you to among other things add news edit the static pages with meta descriptions and titles with a WYSIWYG editor and edit adsense code.

The script also has a template system which allows easy template editing.

The script comes with the domain totalpagerank.com and is once again, completely unique and custom. The domain do not have any traffic to talk about.

Well, I'd say it's not since its a lot of coding behind the admin-panel that can be used in development of any CMS. The domain is also pretty strong. It's possible to sell this script for $20 to 10 guys and then you have your money back, however I can start the starting-bid to $100.

The script may be unique, but does it do anything that the cheap/free page rank checking scripts don't?

Does the buyer get full rights to the script?

 

The buyer get the FULL rights to do whatever he wants to do with the script. The script will never be sold by me again. This means complete rights to resell, keep for his/her own or develop further.
