    Basically you can only create the city, there is no access for you afterwards, you keep pumping traffic into the city and it grows, but you can't configure anything inside the city.

    Meaning even if you pump 1 million hits and your city grow huge, the web site administrator can put in their adverts and earn from all that hits, you have nothing to claim as you can't even have a login to the site to change anything.
