Bank accounts for youth?

    By youth bank accounts i mean bank accounts for those of us under 18 and in America.
    Where can i find one?

    You need to get with your parents and talk to them about a joint account.
    Or find a store near you with the Visa/Mastercard backed prepaid creditcards, if you just need the account to buy stuff.

    Here's an idea: visit your local bank and ask.

    I had my own account when I was like 8 or 9.

    I definitly think you can get a bank account (limited in transactions ofc), In Europe it's no problem at least and I don't have an idea why the American folks shouldn't have it

    I heard few companies are offering student credit card, that might be you're looking for, check it through search, who offer best.
