Offshore Domain Registar

    Does anyone know one that will allow me to transfer my domain to them for free plus have good yearly rates on the domain after that?

    I need something trustworthy.. wont take my domain and such..

    because godaddy took away the domain in question away from me and I needed to fight to get it back so I need an offshore domain registar so it doesn't get taken away from me
