Which are the strongest CPA networks targeting the USA?

    Which US CPA ad networks are have good support, pay well, and pay on time?

    We already have accounts with a number of American networks such as CJ, LS, DirectLeads, Casale Media, Cyberbounty, Burst Media, Tribal Fusion, Azoogle Ads and Valueclick Media.

    My personal favorite is Never Blue Ads (link in my sig)
    Although they require a phone call to activate your account, they have high paying offers, good management interface and strong affiliate managers

    I would say Neverblue ads which is also mainly targeting US with good support. I am not sure about payment yet as I have started with them just few weeks ago.

    Commission Junction, the largest affiliate network in the world, didn't even make your list? Is that because they don't have their own referral program for you to use? :p

    I know that they used to have one, but as far as I know now, they're not currently running it. If they are, it's a private program.
