    I feel sorry for anyone who purchased from Lychee. After spending $10 on a trial of this service on Nov 21, and then hearing NOTHING, I have made numerous attempts to contact this person. I still have heard nothing. Now I am opening a complaint with Paypal to start the arbitration process to get my money back.

    Zortag, as i said in my pm to you, your account has been opened since 17th December.
    You have since demanded a refund claiming we never did any work on your account, which is untrue.
    I am opening up your account so all can see that work was indeed in progress.

    We have emailed members manually informing all that if you have a hotmail or yahoo account, our automated account activation emails are not getting through. We have to chase clients one by one manually.

    Over the holidays, our internet connection was very slow and we could hardly get any work done. We dont live in the US or in the UK.     It did take some time for the account to be opened, but we made up for it by upgrading your account - you paid for a trial plan, and we actually offered you 100s more links than what you paid for.

    We do work on a first-come-first-served basis, but when there is a delay from our side, we make it up to you.

    As you can see from your PM box and from postings here in DP and from messages I submitted through your site, I tried MANY times to get in touch with you and received no response. As I even said on your forum post:

    I believe your service is legitimate, but since you failed repeatedly to contact me, I could only conclude that your customer service was very poor. You simply cannot ignore customers like this and expect to get good feedback.

    As for any attempt you might have made to contact me, did it ever occur to you that my Paypal email address is used only for Paypal and not for communication? I am willing to bet there are lots of people whose Paypal address is not their main email address. This is especially true since Hotmail filters out so many emails especially from outside the US. If you ever sent me an email, it certainly did not make it to my inbox - I checked and there was nothing. You should have responded to my PMs on DP forums. I gave you a couple of weeks to do so. Furthermore, when I contacted you through the form on your website, I left you my preferred contact email address, which you could have used to send me information.

    In any case, this should be a lesson - when running an online business you must be responsive through all your contact channels or customers WILL react negatively. Put yourself in my position - what would YOU have done if you paid in November and had heard NOTHING for 6 weeks despite repeated attempts at contact?

    Having said this, I am willing to give you a second chance if you are willing. Your link building service does indeed look very appealing, under the condition that you respond to contacts either through DP PM or through my contact email, NOT through my Paypal-only Hotmail address. If I pay you $55 to sign up for your Mega Pack, and if you do a good job and maintain good communication, I will be happy to give you a positive itrader and post a positive review here on DP. Please let me know if you are interested.

    As i said in the pm to you, you never gave me any other email address. So no, I was not aware.
    That's why in the form you filled out you had contact email and paypal email address fields.

    And as I also explained to you, I have messages all over the site for clients with hotmail/yahoo/mindspring accounts asking them to email me directly because I know my automated account activation emails do not go thru...how did i find out about this? Because clients who did not receive their account details emailed me asking why their account details weren't received...we came to the conclusion that most of these clients had hotmail, gmail...other free service emails that were not accepting our emails. As you say so yourself :

    As i also explained to you, I must keep my PM'ing to a minimum on this site regarding account details, and the actual business transaction. This is because I must keep a clear record of all communication with clients, so as to avoid problems. The PM system does not provide this. And I keep my thread posting to an absolute minimum.

    I appreciate the lesson you wish to teach me. Though, whether it works for everyone or not, I do have another system.
    The thread is where I offer the 'product' and explain the product. The Pm system is where you can answer questions about the product in a pre-sales scenario. And then there is the private email, which is the means used to keep in touch with clients - it is, to me, a concise system that allows me to keep track of what I say and what each client says back to me.


    Having said all this, it is in no way to excuse any delays.
    When there is a delay, i make it up to clients by upgrading their accounts, offering them much more than what they paid me for initially.
    And of course there is the refund option - black and white on the site.

    So your remark of "she took the money and ran" was a bit harsh, in my mind.

    I just received this from Lychee. My response is in the next post.
    I am posting this here because Lychee seems to want to try to defend her lack of communication instead of agreeing there is a problem and trying to fix it. I am also stating to the world that I am willing to try her service one more time to see if she fixes what is wrong.

    Please note in particular that she states it would be negligent of her to give out login details for my account over PM. Of course, this didn't stop her from POSTING MY LOGIN DETAILS on this very thread a few posts ago! You'd think she would try to make her arguments at least internally consistent.

    Zortag, this is the ONLY email address I have from you. You did not submit another email address.

    As for chasing clients up via DP, that is very dangerous indeed.
    There is no proper way of keeping a manageable upkeep with what I said and what the client said. And it would be ofcourse absolutely negligent of me to give out client login details via this Pm system on DP.

    I left warnings all over the site(s) - both - about the problems with Yahoo/hotmail and mindspring, and asking clients to contact me via email if they had not received their account details.

    That is also why i went to such great care to set up a Private Messenger system on the site.

    I think I did my bit there.

    I understand you prefered all contacts to be done via DP. But that is simply not possible for me, and indeed unprofessional - as i said, I can barely keep track of who said what and when.

    Do you know how many pm's I receive per day?
    So many different subjects too.

    I welcome all feedback, even the rough kind. But you must also see things from my side. You cant imagine how many 15 year-old wanna-be entrepeneurs i have to deal with in this forum. No sir, all communication must be done via email. I dont charge you VAT, but i declare it here in Europe. All my communication with clients must be clearly filed. And that's simply not feasable via DP's PM system.

    I didn't submit another email address? You must be kidding. Please take another look at your own site. The only way to purchase anything is through a Paypal Buy Now button. So in order to pay, I must use my paypal address (hotmail address). You provide no other way for anyone to submit an alternate email address! Just telling someone (off to the side, in small print) to contact you if they don't receive their welcome email isn't enough. YOU MUST INCLUDE A PLACE ON YOUR WEBSITE WHERE CUSTOMERS CAN SUBMIT THEIR PRFERRED CONTACT EMAIL WITH THEIR PAYPAL PAYMENT!

    This is especially true, since I did indeed contact you in mid December, and gave you my preferred email account. I did this thru your support forum. Of course, I never heard a word.

    And saying you insist on communicating only by email is also more than a bit misleading since:
    1. you don't even provide your own email address on your site!
    2. The Contact Us page (http://www.dynamicbluelink.com/linking/support.html) on your site (actually I had to click a tiny "reviews" link to even find this site) returns a 404 Page Not Found error. Hmmm, very professional.
    3. I did indeed contact you through the correct link to your Contact Us page (http://www.dynamicbluelink.com/support.html). This is an online form. Apparently no one reads this because I submitted my preferred email address and begged you to contact me. Of course I never heard a word.

    But since you are running a business, it really isn't in your best interest to continue arguing with a customer. As I said here, and repeated in the thread for all to see, I am willing to give your Mega Pack another chance. However, you MUST agree to respond to my emails TO MY PREFERRED EMAIL ADDRESS, and you must provide me with your email address. Frankly, I think you should post your email address on your website, and you certainly should provide a place on your website where customers can enter their preferred email address. Just assuming that the email address to use is the paypal email address simply is not professional.

    If you agree to these conditions, I will be happy to try your Mega Pack. I think I am being more than fair here.

    Would you PLEASE take time to serve clients that PAID for your services before starting new threads to sign up new clients!!

    On November 28, 2007 - Over 1 month ago - I purchased and paid $50 for your service and still have got absolutely no username, password or any link yet!! - nothing!!

    If I don't get my account created today and my work on track or a refund you will just get another negative iTrader from me. (And please no excuses as I won't read em)
