Hello, I have been having an strange problem since yesterday, whenever I try to login it says "Security PIN is sent to the email" as normal, but Its not received into my email account Note that my email account is gmail, I have another e-gold account too which I had not accessed since 11-dec-07, that account is also facing the same problem anyone else also facing this PIN problem?
It always goes in the SPAM folder. I Have a dynamic IP and I receive a new code every time i log in at E-gold.....
It'll be there in the spam folder. Most of the messages like these go in there. I had the same trouble and kept on asking for it again (not egold). Finally I found them in the spam folder
make a filter, forward email received from the pin sender address to it's own label, that way it won't get lost in the spam folder.
No, I am 100% sure its not in SPAM even, interestingly when I asked my friend, who lives in my area, to login to my e-gold account using his PC the PIN came to me instantly... So why its happening to my IP?.... When I login with my IP I dont get any PIN, although It says "PIN is sent"
Yes really strange, one of my other account with them is having this same problem I also tried using VPN, but no use!!
i have the sma problem, my email is in wall.com. after 2 days waiting the PIN number, it's still not received that number. Maybe e-gold was in error.
some my account has problem same you , I have more 500 account use with a mail , some them can't get Pin
Sometimes there may be a mail server delay and the message gets bounced and that's why you don't receive it. Try sending again ...
Your account most probably hacked. Someone changed your profile email, thats why you are not receiving the PIN. I had the same problem with one of my account, couldn't retrieve it anyway
It happens all the time if you are using Yahoo! Mail. Most of the time you can find it in the spam folder. One way to get around this problem is to either turn off the Accsent or use other email like gmail or hotmail.
