Do you represent everyone? We had a bad experience with ONE customer. We have over THREE HUNDRED customers who fully enjoy our service. I refunded this particular client because his case seemed worthy of a refund. We tried everything in our power to please him, but in the end he was not satisfied. Our #1 goal is client satisfaction.
One customer? please go back and re read this thread. You did absolutely nothing to try please me eccept ignore me and close my support ticket. Stop trying to make yourself look good it isn't working.
Your ticket received the attention of THREE support members who all responded to you! I don't understand what more we could have done, this is absolutely absurd.
I don't recall three staff members responding to my ticket. it was 1 saying they had sorted it on livechat, which he didn't. 10 Uniques and i overused your resources? how bad are your servers honestly?

First off bash him all you want but he gave you your money back, fully. Every company has terms to their money back guarantee. No one just says money back with no questions asked. They always ask clients why they are unsatisfied. I think alot of you here are being immature about your hosting. The guy gives you your money back, wtf more do you want? You really shouldn't be doing this here either, take that to his site with his support staff.
He didn't give my money back. I tried his online chat and the guy said please submit a ticket and it will be all sorted. I did the same and still waiting for a rely. I think its more than a week
Hello, I just can't understand some people, really. We refund all the people who are eligible for a refund. But still, people who are not eligible for a refund keep asking for it and saying that either we refund them or they will make posts/threads and bad reviews/comments on Us even though it's their fault they didn't get a refund, not ours. As for support, You should understand that I and the other staff members are getting several tickets/livechats a day and we can't just solve them all within few minutes. Regards, Adam
You have alot to learn before you can speak. This company is trying to make themselves look good now there stuck in a corner of looking like a bad company, it's quite understandable but they shouldn't act as if they are perfect. First off, they say they answer to every support ticket, then why was mine just closed? why when i wanted answers a member of staff left livechat? Just because he has refunded it doesn't set things right. I also wanted my files along with the refund and didn't get them. It isn't required now anyway. Aint going too wait 6-8 hours just for a noobish reply on a support ticket once again. If you're going to say a client overused resources why not show me proof so i know? A site with 10 visitors within 3 days is hardy going too eat up resources is it now?
Yes i did (my mate did though). He asked for a refund and they never gave it. Professional hostings are not asking why they want a refund, they just give it. But here you need a reason, and that sux, and telling that your script is not working good is not a valid reason... nice one :s Never take hosting here! Why not take hosting there: 1. Bad support 2. They say that you have 30 day money back but they don't give it... 3. Bad servers 4. When going in discussion with support they ignore you and they start shouting... 5. Unprofessional company 6. Just don't spend your money there. Why should you take hosting there? 1. If you want to be fucked and have a bad service...
I don't know, but this hosting company just shut down my accounts with no warning, no explanation. OSHQ and IwhiC hosting sucks!
