Can I Start a Service in freebee section for(>$6) ?

    Can I Start a Service in freebee section where i'll be paying 7$ for the service.the sevice which am looking for is not appealing ,so want to start it in a freebee section rather than the normal buy/sell section ?

    am i allowed to do this mods ? i dont want to recieve another infraction for starting thread in wrong category . so please reply me

    If it's not appealing I don't see how you would get a better response by posting it in a different section.
