Thanks for the reference.

It appears there are differing opinions on the subject, one person figured one
time the other, another time.

My interpretation is that when it's stated something ends at 'X' time, once it
reaches 'X' time then it is over.

It can be kind of compared to the timer in sports. In some sports a period,
half or whatever you want to call it is 15 minutes in length. Once that 15
minutes is reached it's done and the period does not extend to 15 minutes
and 59 seconds.

I dunno, maybe a bad analogy. As such, I have already made a change to
the format I list sites so this does not occur again in the future.
