Yup.
I was looking through their site yesterday and was interested in the reseller plans. BUT, during those 10 minutes that I evaluated things, the site timed out atleast 4 times..!!

 

At the moment their server is with 3 Hours and 5 minutes Uptime, it means that soon we'll have a reboot.
They're always with 95 % Ram in use (3.04 / 3.21 GB) what can be using so much memory ? :|

Some of Hostparlor accounts use that! I'm sure.

 

In that past 8 hours they've had almost 3 hours of downtime, which is really awful for a host that claims 99% uptime.

I suggestto IWHIC, ban proxies. They're bugging off all the other clients and keeping new potential clients AWAY. Or, is it the network? Whatever it is, I'm sure none of your clients are happy with you now.

Yes right now we are having a server issue with on our main server. We are tracking this down. The main server has a error that is causing the root processes to explode and causing the system to stop responding ,, I like the idea of banning proxy's.,,,But. That does not seem to be the reason for this issue. We have this being looked after and are working on the finding of the error and the solution.

New server is not down I have corrected the dns for the link above.
Also we are working on our main server,,, And I have never even in last couple days seen the ram at 90% with 6 GB of ram that was not the issue.
This will be resolved and we will get the rest of the accounts set up.
The server this sale is for is online and dns for link should be fine now,, I never updated the name servers at register was the problem.

we maintained 99% uptime for ever ,,, I can not help the fact that some clients moving from host parlor to IwhiC NEVER changed there DNS or that Eddie changed the dns on his domain which caused the DNS on his servers to stop working, that is not our fault,, I will not take the blame for what host parlor did that has caused all of his clients sites to go down last week, HIS 2 SERVERS are still up and there is no DNS on them,,, so that is not my fault. I will take the blame for our server issue we have had for the past 24 hours and this is just about solved.
We are not a terrible host,, Eddie did this whole thing to all his clients and Im not being blamed for the down time that He caused....
Changing dns from one server to another can take time,, but the fact that I am being blamed for Eddie shutting the DNS off on his server LAST Tuesday is not fair.
That was not my doing.
All accounts will be up soon as we have our server almost fixed. At least those that change the DNS to our server.

I for one think Jason is doing a bang up job considering the mess that was left for him, I think we all need to settle down and relax. Acalm peaceful host can get more work done if he doesn't need to keep on popping Ativan from listening to us. Keep it up Jason, keep us appraised of your progress......

We are still sorting things out and making sure all issues are gone for good.
I will be sending emails to every one very soon, If you have open support tickets please ALLOW us time to get these answered.. The server is down for more 7 hours , and no action from iwhic to solve the problem of :

Though the last time I saw, the uptime was close to 10 hours, I guess

 

The http file has been cleaned and errors with in it fixed. Alot of accounts that were moved from host parlor had huge errors with caused the http to stop as some files were unreadable. We have cleaned these up and removed or fixed the errors.
Service is restored.

Well i heard that hostparlor is sold to Iwhic , and they told me to contact u , and from 6 days my unlimited master reseller hosting - package that i buyed from them ( that company is now yours i think so ) means u ....and from 6 days my 13 customers are complaining ( because none is working , servers are down ).....i wasted a complete 300$ on all this - Buying Master Reseller - Buying Domain - Buying Advertinsing , and all is wasted ....and i really hate these type of people , i would really like to get the money back that i paid u ( 50$ for 2 years master reseller that is down in 1 month for more than 6 days ) i also buyed a domain for 2 years from u - hostjacket.com , and i am really feeling bad that even u are not replying to my pm's , so i posted this here ...so just solve my problem ASAP , or just give a refund ( there was 1 month money back gaurentee ) , so thats all i would like to say ( so big parah read it fully and tell me )

And i say thats its all shit that ur master reseller is 99% uptime .....its not even 70% uptime.....so just help me ......sorry for this type of language , but i will have to do this , i will also give an negative itrader to u and hostparlor id ( i forgot that i have not gaven him that till now ) so just sort out my problem fastest .)
