Why you should never show your penis to a topless woman in a park..

I think they should only use this procedure to catch criminals for more serious crimes. Example...

Police officers pretending to be old or drunk with money hanging out of their pockets and arrest any person that assaults them. (I like this one)

However with the topless sunbather story, I feel sorry for the guy they arrested. He is a firefighter who will always have a "exposed himself in public" on his record. Whenever they do a background check that will probably always come up.

What percentage of guys would have done the same? If they kept this sting going on long enough, they could arrest half of the guys in America.

For me, a female police officer who make sign to drivers, saying she'll f***k for $20 and get the guy in jail once the bill is tendered should be somewhat illegal. But obviously it's not...

If the Police ask you for an illegal substance or do something illegal your compliance is a crime. It's like if a undercop cop asks you for some crack and you pull out two $5 rocks. You have committed the crime. There was no entrampment.

 

And what if an undercover cop pulls out some crack and start smoking it and then offers me some for $10. If I accept and buy, I may commit a crime but what about the cop for peddling the crack?

If the guy had gone to the nude lady and started masturbation unprovoked, it would have been a crime, and justified your analogy. But he went there to talk, he started talking to that lady, the lady provoked him to do whatever he did. It's not the same case Bogart.

 

In your example the cop produced the illegal substance so that would be entrampment.

The same thing would apply for a topless beach. A topless women is not a reason for a man to expose his magic wand.

As I said earlier, it wasn't just a topless woman. Take this scenario, You go to a beach, you see a beautiful woman sitting there alone in a bikini. You say "ohh wow, what a chic" then you decide to go and talk to her. You go there, you start talking to her and she starts placing her foot on your shoulder, does some other provocative gestures, and at the end she asks you to show her your penis. Or offer you a blowjob.

Now answer honestly, what would most of the guys do? You are talking to a woman for last, let's say, half an hour, she is continuously making sexual advancements and now wants to see your, as you call it, magic wand.

I bet most of the guys would think - 'What an easy lay'...

Now think about it, she isn't even topless, but the result would have been same.
Sure if you agree to do so, you commit a crime, but the woman is equally guilty for the indecent behavior.
