You never heard of acclaim? I'm guessing you don't play video games? These guys are premium publishers, so they can add as much ads as they want. Their website is in alexa's top 2,500 http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details/acclaim.com
Windtalker, I never heart of premium publisher before(did a google search and found DP thread explaining it) But Acclaim is the dumbest* team that I have ever meat and I don't even think they ever heart about adsense premium publisher, since they got the adsense for the first time on there website. *There forums are using phpbb ( that was hacked ones in my eyes ) and a free skin , not to mention they are not willing to pay a cent to there GMs and moderators and everything is corrupted there. Anyways I will be waiting for an answer from asense support.
