Ok, so I've been reading up on article writing and all of that and I think I'd like to crank out a few. Let's say I want to submit to ezinearticles so I'll need a .info website to "link to". I really am a newbie though so is there anywhere I can find a how to on how go about doing all of this up to and including creating an opt in list and how it works. I went to clickbank and picked an arbitrary product, Insomnia Treatment. The actual website is www.sleeptracks.com. If there is a how to guide or anyone could fill in the blanks and explain real quickly how to go about going through the process with that website for example, I'd really appreciate it. Sorry for being such a rookie!
my personal opinion is you write articles and publish them to your own site.. get some backlinks.. you will get more consistant traffic, and YOUR site will appear in search listing, not your article on ezine. its then easier to catch email address's. you can then alter some of the articles and publish them to ezine (after you are already on google for the keywords). this will give you a nice back link. build your own site, NOT somebody else's. hope this helps.
That is a good idea, creating more traffic to my own site that way and have all my links from there. I assume in the articles that you suggested i eventually submit to ezine and others, I would include just my main site as the address? **Does anyone have their own site like we're talking about that I can just look at? I think that'd help me more than anything. How much will this cost me/where can I get one? And do I need separate sites for every product I'm promoting or how does that work with one website?
It's the way to go, create traffic for your own sites. and in the resource box of your articles, when you submit to ezina article, you need to add links to your... 1. home page 2. inner page Plus you can add a blog to your site to attract even more traffic from Google and other SEs. It's better to have separate sites to promote your products, but you can still promote several products within the same site. Be sure that they are related products. An important point: capture your visitors email address. As for your other questions, just read my affiliate marekteting tutorial here: -> http://www.mynetmarketingland.com/Start.html You will find answers to your other questions and more. All the best.
Thanks for the help Franck, I tried goin to your link though and it wasn't going through. But yes, if there is a free ebook which explains the things I mentioned above as far as setting up your own sites and such as well as how to set up an opt in list tutorial, that'd be fantastic if anybody could point me towards it. I don't know hardly anything about website design and all that so I'm wondering how much that'll hurt me. Thanks.
