Do I have to make a new store for Amazon.UK ?

Do I need to sign up for Amazon.UK for my U.K. readers? ...and if so, do I need to create a whole other store just for them, or can they just shop from my Amazon.com shop?

What are the benefits of joining multiple country extensions?

Anyone have any experience with this?
    Thanks in advance.

But is it necessary? Can't my readers shop from my Amazon.com site no matter where they are?
Doesn't the money convert on an international scale?

Is the only benefit to signing up for Amazon International sites, the language translation?
..and lastly...can I just copy my aStore for the different sites, or will I have to build a new one for each country that I sign up with?

No, it is not necessary. Your readers can shop from your Amazon.com site no matter where they are, if the freight cost does not make it any cheaper than walking down to the local corner store...
