I have started a service to provide free web counters and I appreciate if you review it. www.counterzilla.com thanks
You need to work a lot on the site, Put a good logo A better template there is nothing about the company? or site, about us, contact us put some content in the site. place your affiliate links separately not in the header well do these things for now. Good luck.
Let's take a look. Overall I don't find it a too bad design. A logo isn't highly necessary I think. What does catched my eye immediatly: you don't use any favicon, but the hostmonster favicon comes in your site. I guess that'll be gone if you use your own favicon. (By example a little meter-icon). As syd already said, you really have to remove the affiliate links from the "menu" bar. When I saw them firstly, I thought it were subpages of the website. Not! When I clicked it, I go to a completely other site - and that's quite annoying, believe me. There's another thing about your design further. On the right of your page, you have a huge white gap (I'm using firefox), you should get fixed that, becaus it makes it look like a site without much good content. Many visitors will quit your site before they even red the text. You should also remove or make the whitespace between the sentences and list items some smaller, that makes the site look more filled. Next to that, it would be beneficial to have some images in the content text too, to make it some more 'juicy'. For the signup link, you could by example make an image (a comment I given before already to other sites too); people would be more tempted to signup with a graphically nicer layout. Your ads are placed good, and generally no comment about them, except the title which is some kind of green, which actually doesn't suit your theme. I'ld choose another color for that one. In your footer I notice "Terms of Use and Privacy Policy", though I can't click any of them? Maybe make them ready, as people might be interested before signing up what the Privacy Policy and ToS is. Also here, I'ld remove the empty line between the two textlines in the footer. Note this is just how I see it. I hope it helps you in some way! -hans
I like how it has a simple easy to use design, because it makes it easy for people to navigate a get to the web counters with ease. But also think that you should have a little more content, eg. about us, frequently asked questions, contact information, the home page looks a little blank, you could fill it up with something.
Nice, useful, but REALLY needs some graphic in it of specially for a counter website, also add more different types of counters. Good job though. Good luck :]
Counter wise, pretty nice, small, neat, with good addons / options. (y) but, the template... It doesnt have anything to say with the site content ;S .. and the broken link up.. how about, actually using your own counter on your own site? and how about, adding a customers / usage list, where webmasters that use this code, can add there domain there on your site.. maybe with a comment
Thanks for your comments. Yeah, I will put my counter in my homepage. I am working to improve the site. thanks
It's OK now . benefit : It's very simple to use and But there are many websites provide counter services with many features .
Those services usually need you to sign up with your email but for my counter, you don't need to sign up your email. Even you are not required to put your website address.
Nice... but a bit on the spacious side... It will be great if you show some some of the counter's available..... PS: I like the www.iphone.info better
