I have a dedicated server that has 750 GB of space available, but I use less then 1GB, proxies don't take much space. I have unlimited bandwidth on a 100mbit port, but I push upwards of 150GB per DAY. (plus I have bandwidth cache handlers installed that cut my bandwidth in half, otherwise I would be using about 300GB per day.) Cost is $269 with WDservers.com

You should be able to start with less then that. But 5GB of bandwidth won't last long at all. If you got 5GB of space and 250 GB bandwidth that would be better. How much is that hosting costing you?

As loopline said, proxies don't really need space. The main thing you need to worry about is RAM.
