I'm sure the reasons for infractions were contained in the email the user received.

And you can click at the bottom right corner of every page where it says Digital Point Solutions. From there you can find the Contact Us page with all of the contact info on it.

But the banned member probably has a pretty good idea of what they did to get banned. Best idea is to wait out the ban and then come back and follow the rules. :D

the member has few queries on his infractions.....after all the member should be given a fair chance to contact the mods to sort a few things out......the member feels that he has been served an infraction for posting a reply ,which the mods took it for bumping.......plz let me know how the member can contact the mods......thanx

I agree with you. And trust me, the mods don't care what you have to say.

Don't really look like they have much to do when they ban your for pretty much no reason and call you a donkey. Ok, banning is one thing, but do they have to start with the name calling? Specially when you don't see who did it!

Member's who elect to receive messages from mods/admins receive a notice with each infraction received. It pays to read infraction messages and the FAQ!. If such a member does not know what he/she is doing to violate posting guidelines, that is member's fault.
