Is it against google TOS to have a domain name with the word adsense in it? ie: makemoneywithadsense.com
I don't think so, maybe the word should not be "google" --------------------------------------------------------- Pic Hunter
it is not against adsense TOS but definitely agains trademark laws and copyright issues can come up later on when your blog becomes famous enough for them to get notices
that's what would make it against the TOS. outside of the googleplex the word adsense in a domain may not matter.
you cannot use any trademark or patented name on your URL. you might be subject to UDRP (uniform domain name dispute resolution policy) complaint and your domain name might be taken over by the patent holder. now tht really depends on whether the patent holder is interested in pursuing that route or not. i say better be on safe side and not use any trademark when registering domains.
You could always spell the domain name differently.....like addsense. People aren't realistically going to be typing your URL into the bar anyways, you will either be getting hits via your PPC campaign or an organic search.
