my adsense is around $ 40 a month and I am loking for progrom to improve the traffic to my website. Also, I want to improve my vistors from U.S

try submitting your website to social bookmarking sites like: del.icio.us, stumble, digg, reddit. that would do magic tricks with your traffic. Also, if you want to improve earnings, you should have great ads placement.

 

And to improve US visitors improve your English (its all relative).

The best way of attracting a US audience to your website is normally to have hosting in the US as well as having the site in english and either a .us country extension or a non-country extension like .com or .net etc

That should guarantee that you get some US visitors but doesn't guarantee that you would get a lot... there are many other things needed and time is one of them.
