I've been scammed (Paypal)

    I been scammed on paypal. I sent the guy payment and he never gave me anything. Is there anyway I can get my money back?

    Chargeback.
    Report to paypal for disputed case.
    They will hold the payment on his account.

    Ya but what format should it be done? Unauthorized payment or No goods recieved. btw it is a digital good.

    No goods received I would have thought.
    Very difficult to prove in the case of digital goods, so the odds aren't in your favour.

    Where you able to contact this person? I'd do a charge back for sure paypal tends to act faster if you charge back through your CC

    I guess try "No goods received" and submit a detailed report.
    Increases your odd of winning the dispute.

    If its a digital product then I doubt if you will win the claim but anyways, open up a dispute and if you paid by CC then you can do a chargeback to get your money.
