Well as the title of this thread says "Whats your highlight of 2007" Examples of what your highlight of the year could be... Saying you sold a site for $x.xxx You have made more money this year than any other year. Something you have done. Something that made you laugh so far it made your year. Please give details of why you have chosen it to be your highlight of the year for everyone to understand why you chose it. My highlight of the year has to be one of my sites www.allnukestuff.com since being on DP for just over a year now i have learned a lot , and without DP i don't think i would be in the stage my site is at the moment. Maybe some of you guys mite think my site is just a small , but to me making a site i enjoy promting and bulding, with over 2k members within 6 months of my site being online , is a big success to me. I have chose my site to be the highlight of the year for me , because its my pride and joy of 2007 , and who knows by the end of 2008 i mite have sold it for a good amount of cash or have over 5k members. I think my ambition of 2008 will be to get my forums part more active , as most people just register to download the downloads. Yehaaaa This is my 3,000 Post on DP
i made a professional portal website for a client for $600 and managed to earn more than $1k in only 1 month. For next year, i plan to focus more on working for me at my websites than doing jobs for others.
The only thing to highlight last year was that I got selected in a company (on 31st january 2007) while it was on our college campus for recruitment. I'll be joining in August 2008 when I'll complete my enginnering degree.
I learnt everything i know now about webmasters/design/ etc i seriously didnt know much about the extent of it all until early this year. thanks to dp.
The wife beat cancer and we became grandparents for the sixth and seventh time this year! Now go VOTE for our puppies!
The highlight of my year was joining Facebook, LOL. No really, the highlight was cracking 1,000 Feedburner subscribers. Next year I want 2,000+

If you were my brother, I think I'd have to kill ya! LoL! My kids aren't allowed girly mags until they're 13 and even then, I don't wanna know about it. Hahaha! As for my highlight this year, buying my first house, out-of-pocket. No mortgage for me, thanks!
