    So I can't use the credit card to receive my pay.
    The paypal is the only way for me.
    Which affilate programs support paypal?

    Many of the US based affiliate networks will pay you by paypal if you request them.
    Some with which I am associated with and pays by paypal are CPA storm, Maxbounty, Offersquest, Panthera, Ourfreestuff.net and checkmystats
